Position Information: The Staffing Coordinator supports the Staffing Resources Department by collecting, processing and disseminating information concerning the staffing pool employees and patient acuity/census throughout the hospital; collaborating with nursing units to best utilize available staff under the direction of the Staffing Resources Manager, with assistance from the Clinical Administrator; and acting as a central processor for the staffing resource employees in regards to sick calls, availability, questions and needs. Provides secretarial support for the Staffing Resources Department.
Experience Requirements: 2 Years Direct Position Experience In Healthcare Or Human Resources Preferred
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Secretarial Science Preferred
