The Community Care Assistant Nurse Manager provides support to the Nurse manager for all aspects of Community Care including policies and practice, budgetary, and administrative oversight of compliance with VHA Directives. They are responsible for the planning, integrating, implementing, modifying and evaluating the effectiveness of the Veteran's care. The incumbent of this position serves to support delivery of high quality, timely care to the Veteran receiving services in the community.
