Job Summary​Responsible for the direction and leadership related to overall planning, development and evaluation of quality improvement with Nursing and Patient Care Services. Leads efforts to assure nurse-sensitive and other indicators are meeting established benchmarks. Provide input to and leadership for operational decisions and overall program development for Nursing.Job DutiesWork with facility leadership to identify and monitor key processes and patient outcomes.Create and operationalize an appropriate clinical program related to quality for nursing services.Provide leadership in collaborative efforts with other directors and members of the leadership team to systematically plan, organize and implement quality related initiatives.
