The Director, FP&A oversees the processes for Tenet�s operational financial planning and analysis functions. This position manages the preparation of Tenet�s annual operating budget, quarterly forecasts, and provides financial support to the executive leadership team which includes preparation of executive presentations for the board of directors and for external analysts and ascertaining the impact of internal financial trends. Dealing with sensitive data and high priority projects are key components of this position including ownership of the overhead budgeting process, coordination of forecasting data for acquisitions and divestitures, and other special projects as needed.
