GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the planning, provision, and allocation of functional resources necessary to carry out the day-to-day operations of the following ancillary services departments: Medical Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Respiratory Therapy.  These responsibilities are accomplished by establishing appropriate performance standards, qualifications, and expectations.  Responsible for the proper planning and allocation of resources under their control to include the preparation and monitoring of the annual operating budget and objectives consistent with Merrick Medical Center’s strategic plan.
