POSITION SUMMARY Manages, attends, facilitates, prepares and schedules claims management activity under the direction of the Director of Risk Management. Prepares reports, memos, correspondence, special projects, etc. for the Risk Director. Prepares, gathers and responds to subpoenas and all attorney communication, discovery and interrogatory requests. Facilitates, schedules and attends employee pre-deposition/deposition meetings with hospital counsel and attends mediations and trials. Follows Tenet claims processes in coordination with division claims manager and corporate regulatory and operations counsel.
