The GI Case Manager will be responsible for the clinical coordination of the care (both ambulatory and inpatient) of GI patients. The GI Case Manager ensures that each gastroenterology patient's procedure related appointments, instructions, and preparations are appropriately ordered and obtained, in order to facilitate optimal procedure scheduling, with the special aim of avoiding no-shows and filling cancellations. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
