The clinical and program activities under this position are conducted as part of the Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) program. This is an interdisciplinary program includes mental health, social work, and nursing.The program is administered locally under the direction of Mental Health Care Line; consists of a team of mental health professionals that deliver weekly psychosocial rehabilitation treatment. This announcement has multiple locations: Cookeville, TN to Clarksville, TN.
