Key Areas of Responsibility The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing EZ-CAP client relationships including client retention as well as increasing revenue by expanding their product portfolio. Experience & Skills The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related Healthcare Payer Operations industry experience and/or a combination of college-level coursework and related managed care payer work experience. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess a strong interest and proven experience in: At least 5 years in an Account Management or Operations role in the Healthcare Payer market At least 5 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the EZ-CAP claim
