Will be responsible to set overarching strategy, process, technology, and direction for talent acquisition at Conifer.
Will have direct oversight of all TA operations, activities, staff and outcomes for Conifer.
Ensure facilities/team members are adhering to processes and achieving productivity standards.
Involved in a leadership capacity in recruitment marketing efforts, including programmatic, ad hoc, social, and other marketing channels, with the support of an in-house marketing team and vendor.
Conifer key leader to manage RPO relationship and performance.
Manage and ensure adherence to applicant tracking system and dependent processes, policies, procedures, and tools.
Be the central point of contact for Business Segment leadership, building strong relationships that allow for strategic alignment between talent acquisition resources and business outcomes. Report out on results
Data-driven in decision making. Ability to leverage and create reports to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, illustrate current and future state, and then execute.
Provide training in effective interviewing (behavioral/critical event) to managers as well as develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the employee selection process.
Foster the professional development of assigned staff by assessing performance, giving real-time actionable feedback and creating growth experiences.
Establish strategic staffing strategies providing team leadership on recruiting and staffing initiatives and ensure that the main hiring goals for the organization are achieved.
Help recruitment staff define and follow through with actions that support excellent performance and personal development.
Promote the use of technology throughout the institution as a means of increasing efficiency and improving job performance.
Maintain effective communications with vendors and assist with evaluations to vendors for quality, service and cost.
Interface with management and other areas of Human Resources, apprising them of market pressures in relation to salary and/or benefit programs.
Represent Conifer in a professional manner and market the entity as an employer of choice.
Apply an understanding of key legal precedents, policies and practices to practice the interests of the organization and individual members.
Establish recruitment practices that comply with local, state and federal employment law and requirements. Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies where necessary.
Requires 5-7 years� experience in Recruitment leadership roles.
Experience in leading a multi-state, cross-business segment operational recruitment team.
Healthcare recruitment background is strongly preferred. Must have current knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practices, procedures, and tools (i.e., applicant tracking)
Experience in developing and implementing different recruitment operating models
Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws.
Strong proficiency in computer-based programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Applicant Tracking Systems, online resume mining/sourcing programs and other Internet job boards and interactive media tools.

Travel
Ability to travel as needed (estimate 25%) to support and communicate strategies, procedures and build alignment. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
