Facilitate institutional research efforts to manage, analyze, interpret, and report on various internal data and information for institutional planning and assessment, including institutional key performance indicators. Provide access to and analysis of data to support strategic and institutional planning efforts and evidence based decision making. Support efforts of maintenance of institutional and programmatic accreditation.
Job Duties
Apply best practices to ensure operational excellence and quality improvement in educational processes.
Assists with developing and implementing the college's quality improvement plan in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization, federal and state laws and regulations, and accreditation standards.
Assists with identifying and developing future goals and activities for the QI program and participates in decisions on priorities and activities.
Lead institutional efforts to track accreditation compliance for the schools of the college, identifying areas of risk and collaborating in efforts to create mitigation plans.
Develop meeting agendas and facilitate meetings and advise and assure that quality improvement ideas are carried out and evaluated.
Assist in managing the strategic planning process for the college.
Measure outcomes of strategic planning efforts and create and implement plans to ensure efforts are on track.
Manage external affiliations for the degree-granting programs, ensuring that they are compatible with accreditation requirements and legal standards.
Monitors, manages, and collaborates in efforts related to compliance with federal regulations for education.
Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep leadership informed of the operation and progress of quality efforts.
Participates in creation of reports for accreditation, affiliations and required government and organizational reporting.
Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
Represents the College and the Provost at internal and external meetings and events.
