Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Nurse Manager for Nurisng Resource at Overlook Medical Center. This position will cover Observation unit, nursing resources, and special projects.

Direct department operations on a continuous basis and advises management on operational and functional improvement opportunities.
Monitor, evaluate, and follow through on quality and financial indicators, team indicators, case management and utilization.
Develop strategies to assure safe patient care and positions team for growth.
Assure staff is compliant with agency policies, oversees staff orientation, education and mandatory education.
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Valid New Jersey Nursing License Required
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
