Job Duties

As a part of Geisinger's Radiology team of 80+ radiologists and advanced practitioners, you will work in an academic environment engaged in training interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology residents and teaching medical students. Position Details

AT A GLANCE:

• Opportunity to practice 100% interventional radiology at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA
• Join a dynamic team of talented physicians, nurses, technologists, and advanced practice providers
• 1 in 5 to 1 in 6 call schedules covering ONLY Geisinger Medical Center
• Participate in the training of outstanding integrated and independent interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology residents and teaching of Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine students
• Ability to practice full range of interventional procedures with wide mix of pathology
• Facilities include 3 angiography suites, 1 hybrid CT-fluoroscopy suite, 1 minor procedure room including ultrasound, additional dedicated CT for IR procedures
• Department houses one of the largest 3D printing/3D imaging labs in the country with opportunities for translational research
