Your day.
As a Clinical Manager of Radiation Oncology, you need to know how to:
- Collaborate with the department management team in planning, program development, human resource management, budget planning, customer satisfaction, patient safety, communication, and compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Evaluate service needs and volumes and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
- Provide communication to associates and physicians through rounding, huddles, staff meetings and other forms of communication to promote effective working relations across the team.
- Manage the operation of all technical equipment and the performance of all procedures
Your experience.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- Bachelor’s Degree, required; Master’s Degree, preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience required,
- Management experience in an Oncology/Radiation department, preferred
- Current specialty certification(s) as appropriate for unit or service, preferred
- Registered Nurses and Radiation Techs encouraged to apply
