Job SummaryThis position is primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of health services initiatives and strategies to benefit clients, patients, members, and the communities we serve. The successful candidate will focus on developing data-informed interventions to target health improvement, health equity, and the social, economic, and environmental drivers of health (social determinants of health) and improve performance and patient/member outcomes.
