The Nurse Manager is directly responsible to the Chief of Nursing Service for Long Term Care. The Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall functioning of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, resource utilization, patient flow, performance improvement activities and staff and program evaluations.
