Job SummaryThe CHIP Program Lead is responsible for the contract management oversight of Geisinger Health Plan's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) line of business. This position will lead CHIP membership growth and retention strategies as well as manage CHIP daily operations, program evaluation and auditing. The position will oversee and implement all CHIP related regulatory and compliance guidance's that impact Geisinger Health Plan.Job DutiesProvide day-to-day oversight, including administration, implementation, communication and strategy of the program. Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals and initiatives are achieved.
