Job Summary

​​Lead the centralized contracts team's operations vertical by providing support for the team's members and stakeholders through process improvement, resource management, contract lifecycle management (CLM) application optimization, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and analytic review with appropriate systems and tools relevant to functional areas that deliver tangible value to the organization.

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain cadenced and ad hoc reporting, dashboards and visualized metrics to track and communicate trends in operations and cross-functional efficiencies, KPIs, including identifying opportunities for improvement
• Partner with team members, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and business units throughout the organization to influence desired outcomes
• Help create and maintain an approachable, self-service knowledge base to educate teams and allow ready access to standard operating procedures, process maps, etc.
• Manage the centralized contract team's SharePoint page to ensure accurate and up-to-date content
• Oversee and lead multiple projects
• Plays a key role in influencing change within and across operational units
• Assist with on boarding and training for new and existing contracts talent on the various contract's teams regarding application utilization, workflow, best practices and updated efficiencies and other areas of responsibility as needed
• Maintain contract records and associated documentation to ensure data integrity, fulfillment of appropriate compliance standards and accurate reporting
• Advisor on projects, offering solution-design support and best practices for process management
• Monitor business readiness and adoption through process performance audits and reports
• Familiar with contracts terminology and structure to be able to build applicable reporting, metrics, and complete other responsibilities as necessary
