The Chief Nurse, Acute Care Services at the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) reports directly to the Associate Director for Patient Care Services. Executes leadership influencing organizational mission and health care as an administrator, educator, and consultant utilizing management theory in collaboration with Patient Care Service and other services. Responsible overall leadership for nursing care practice in Emergency Department, Critical Care, three med/surg wards. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
