This position is located in VA Long Beach Healthcare (VALBHCS) System, and reports to the Chief of Staff/Deputy Chief of Staff. The incumbent is responsible for overall management, planning, organization and direction of programs within the span of control in collaboration with Healthcare Groups Chiefs of the associated services. This includes responsibility for fiscal oversight, patient satisfaction/care delivery, research activities and appropriate interfacing with other services of VALBHCS.
