Salary Range:$57.80-$68.20 Job Summary: The primary purpose of the Director, OR Throughput is to optimize workflows in the OR in order to produce the highest clinical quality outcomes, cost effective care and customer satisfaction. Specifically, the Director, OR Throughput functions within the operating rooms for Main OR, MFCH OR, and Ambulatory Surgery to integrate and streamline activities of all members of the surgical services team including physicians, nurses, surgical scrub technicians, equipment technicians, PCTs, unit clerks, case cart specialists, radiology technicians, and others.
