The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) of Spinal Cord Injuries/Disorders (SCI/D) assists the Inpatient Nurse Manager with the day to day operations of the unit. The ANM assumes responsibility and accountability for the clinical operation and patient flow of the inpatient SCI/D ward.
