The President is responsible for operational oversight, planning and future definition of the Froedtert North Market, which is highly competitive and services Manitowoc County to the East, Sheboygan to the South, and stretches west to Fond du Lac.  The North Market is currently anchored by Froedtert Holy Family Memorial (FHFM), a 58-bed Hospital with over 800 employees and the Froedtert Northeast Medical Group, a ~130 physician, multi-specialty group practice.
