Manager Ambulatory RN-Hem/Onc/ATC-Oncology ClinicSUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Clinical Practice, this position is accountable for the overall day-today management of the care and services provided by the department and its related operations. This includes oversight and accountability for fiscal performance, quality outcomes of care provided, employee engagement and the patient experience within the identified departments. This position is also responsible for human resources, including performance and professional development of Charge Nurses and staff. Additionally, working in a dyad rel
