The outpatient pulmonary office is located in Sleepy Hollow, NY, with inpatient consults at Phelps Memorial Hospital. There is an opportunity to practice sleep medicine within the sleep lab on the PMH campus. Fellowship training and Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine as well as at least 5 years of experience is required.
