DescriptionThe Quality Management Coordinator manages clinical improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director of Oncology and Research Services, Physician Leaders, and members of multidisciplinary teams. Responsible for coordinating initiatives, deliverables, and documentation required to obtain and maintain accreditation by oncology accrediting organizations, such as: American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (COC) as well as Value Based programs such as the Enhanced Oncology Model and others that may arise. The coordinator is expected to support the clinical and administrative teams to provide leadership in the development, organization, implementation, and monitoring of the accreditation activities at CHRISTUS Health.
