Job SummaryDirects all aspects of Harris Health System Emergency Management programs, including development and implementation of the Emergency Operations Plan, interface with outside agencies, compliance with accreditation requirements including the National Fire Protection Association Standard on Disaster/Emergency Management, NIAHO Accreditation Requirements and Business Continuity Programs, National Incident Management System (NIMS), coordinates the allocation of grant funding through the Texas Department of State Health Services, and represents Harris Health System on external emergency management planning or response committees: including, Texas Medical Center, South East Texas Regional Advisory Council (SETRAC)
