As the Pain Director, the Nurse Practitioner demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others. The Nurse Practitioner in this role is a PROFICIENT clinician who is able to understand the patient and a variety of situations from a holistic perspective considering long term goals. This position involves 40% administrative/management responsibilities and 60% clinical responsibilities.
