The Director of Specialty Care is directly responsible for medical leadership, clinical oversight and patient treatment related to all specialty care services provided by Central Health or its affiliates. As a licensed physician, the Director of Specialty Care provides direct patient care in addition to administrative duties. This position works with the Central Health Chief Medical Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer and assists with the planning, implementation, and operation of an integrated delivery system for the uninsured residents of Travis County, Texas.
