The Primary Care Pain Management Registered Nurse Care Manager (Pain RNCM) works with the Addiction Medicine provider; Primary Care and Specialty services to develop and implement comprehensive patient care for adult/geriatric patient population assessing, planning. and evaluating acute and chronic pain management.
