The Incumbent demonstrates performance and leadership and has designated first-line supervisory authority, responsibility, and accountability for the 24/7 operations of the outpatient specialty care units, ensuring that subordinate staff provide timely nursing care which complies with generally accepted standards of clinical practice, accreditation, and regulatory standards. The Incumbent is responsible for sound fiscal, human resource, admin and clinical issue's management, to list a few.
