The Nurse Manager (Community Living Center-Rehab/Hospice/Long-Term Care) actively develops and manages collaborative partnerships with staff, physicians, other clinicians and ancillary staff. They are responsible for assuring appropriate staffing levels for the Community Living Center (CLC), validating the daily patient needs, and working with other Nurse Managers to identify and share resources. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
