The role you’ll contribute:

The Organizational Development and Experience Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Executive, Human Resources, Medical Staff and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that will reignite and energize our team members at AdventHealth Zephyrhills and AdventHealth Dade City. Develops and deploys a communications and events strategy that effectively cascades information from the executive team to frontline employees and physicians, including the strategic plan, Town Halls and team member recognition. Serves as the voice of the executive team and is responsible for overall facility communications to leaders, employees, and physicians. Develops creative ways to tell and share stories, including but not limited to newsletters, video scripts, video production, photos and written collateral materials. Partner with the Culture team to develop inspiring team member messages that aligns their purpose at work and connects them to our mission and values. Fully understands the vision of the organization; develops initiatives to drive a mission-aligned culture and operational excellence.

The individual must be creative, self-motivator with excellent communication skills due to the frequent contact with hospital leaders, executives, physicians and team members.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·         Develop and implement effective communication plans to manage and improve the reputation of the organization.

·         Serve as the voice of all C-suite communication.

·         Be prepared to support the Executive and Marketing teams with crisis communication that may arise within Incident Command.

·         Positively represent organization at programs and functions to promote the hospital.

·         Partner with the AdventHealth corporate and WFD Marketing and Communications teams to maximize internal communication venues and messages.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field

·         3+ years of position-related experience

·         Microsoft Office computer skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

·         AP writing style

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong organizational and project management skills to finish project on deadline.
