Position SummaryThe Urgent Care Manager role will be responsible for multiple locations, including, the medical office building at Avondale, and Arrowhead once complete. This role will also be responsible for the NWV and Scottsdale stand alone Urgent Cares. The manager will have 3 - 4 direct reports, supervisor level, and 50 - 60 indirect reports. Manager will be expected to travel other locations on a regular basis; responsible for hiring/developing staff; FLOAT pool. This role will be involved in high visibility projects that will cross organizational lines to improve the patient care/safety across all Urgent Care units, as well as inpatient units.
