DescriptionResponsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts specifically with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, other area hospitals, EMS and other potential referral sources within the hospital’s primary, secondary and tertiary service areas and maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient services. This position is focused on continuous improvements that result in improved experiences for both patients and providers within our facility.Collaborates with leadership and practice owners to provide support with Provider recruitment, on-boarding, retention, feedback, evaluation, and mentorship.  Maintains communication an
