Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s has a leadership position in our ECMO unit! The Clinical Manager position will be responsible for leading a team of 10 - 12 nurses who are considered ""PRIMERS"" for the ECMO pumps. Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years working in an ECMO environment, and a clinical understanding of the ECMO process and unique challenges in working in this critical care unit where every second counts. The incumbent will be managing a 24/7 operation, but working traditional business hours, M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM.This position is accountable to provide oversight for the operational and administrative activities of the ECLS program. Responsible for day-to-day staffing and operations while maintaining fiscal accountability. Responsibilities inc
