Overview St. Luke's Health System in Idaho seeks a board certified surgeon for our new Surgical Services Medical Director opportunity in Meridian, ID. The selected physician will engage in a multitude of activities that are essential to operations and institutional strategy. Essential Job Functions Assign OR block time in accordance with Health System policy, monitor block time utilization and engage with surgeons to optimize utilization. Proactively address physician performance and behavior issues in collaboration with service line leaders, medical staff, and the area Chief Medical Officer. Serve as the accountable physician leader to implement system surgical standards and initiatives, monitoring key
