Nemours is seeking a Clinical Pathways Implementation Manager to join our Nemours Children's Health team in either Orlando, Florida, Jacksonville, Florida or Wilmington, Delaware. This is a hybrid position.The Clinical Pathways Implementation Manager provides oversight of the implementation process for clinical pathways. The implementation process includes launching, communication, education, follow up, and sustainment of the pathway over time. The implementation manager will use PDCA cycles to monitor pathway improvement over time. This individual will work throughout the system with a broad range of stakeholder groups.
