Position SummaryThis position is new and offers a sign-on bonus! This position is created to support the growth of pharmacy clinical programs and Phoenix Children’s growth strategies. This position manages the clinical pharmacy programs as well as assumes other departmental responsibilities such as implementing new pharmacy programs, formulary management, educating, and training pharmacy personnel, residents, and students. The individual in this position is responsible for the human resource management functions of direct reports and responsible for the direct supervision of clinical pharmacy services staff to include Clinical Pharmacy Specialists, Clinical Pharmacists, Clinical Research Pharmacists, Research Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Interns.
