The Cardiac OR Nurse Manager facilitates, coordinates and directs patient care in the cardiac operative suite. Mentors and develops staff and manages the environment of practice. The cardiac OR performs about 360 cardiac procedures annually. The ideal candidate will have both leadership and pediatric Cardiac OR experience as a scrub and circulating Nurse.
