DescriptionSummary:The Director of Coding & Risk Adjustment Operations reports to the Vice President of Network Operations. This position provides leadership, and direction to the population health HCC coding team as well as support the Encounter Data and Risk Analytics for the health plan. The Director is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring all aspects of the Risk Adjustment program supporting all product lines for CHRISUS Health.
