We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Medical/Surgical Unit (4W), Wilmington Hospital Campus, Christianacare. This is a great opportunity for a BSN, RN who is motivated and committed to work with a tenured Nurse Manager. In this role, you will assist with administrative direction for clinical practice and efficient care delivery. The position will share 24-hour accountability and responsibility for all aspects of daily operations in both units with the Nurse Manager and the other ANMs. Are you ready for the next steps?
