Job Summary: The Director of Compliance reports to the Assistant Vice President (AVP), in the oversight of the WMC Health Network Compliance Program, specifically the WMC Health locations in Orange and Rockland County. The Director is responsible for the compliance and privacy program including but not limited to daily operations of the program; development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures; training and awareness, monitoring program compliance; investigation and tracking of incidents and breaches and insuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws for these locations.
