This position provides leadership to the Salt Lake City VA Health Care Systems Care in the Community programs. The incumbent oversees, supports and ensures the continuation of the Care in the Community programs and advocates for the Care in the Community model with the Salt Lake City VA leadership, the medical community, and academic affiliates. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
