Job Summary: The Director of Quality reporting to the APS Vice President, is responsible for planning, organizing, evaluating and directing all aspects of the Advanced Physician Services (APS) Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement and other designated department functions of the organization in accordance with, and in support of, the mission, vision and values of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network. Responsibilities: Assures continuous improvement in quality of service and patient satisfaction provided in concert with the WMCHealth mission, vision and values.
