Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our System Strategy and Operations Support and Care Management team.

Unit/Position Summary

This Executive Assistant will support 2 executives- Vice President of Care Management and Vice President of System Operations.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 40 hrs/week, day time hours required

• Prior knowledge or experience in excutive support is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Teams and Microsoft Office platforms, such as, Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of highly complex administrative and support services for an associate VP, site administrator, vice president(s) or other top executive(s).
• Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
• May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group and may serve as a lead or supervisor to clerical staff.
• Supports the executive by managing calendars, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation and other logistical matters.
• Exercises extensive independent judgment to reflect and match executives leadership style.
• Oversees the coordination of the office of the executive and supports the executive through positive communications and relations with both internal and external customers.
• Handles sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 years clerical experience.
