The licensed vocational nurse (LVN) Managed Care Liaison (MCL) possesses those abilities that combine clinical expertise in community health with an understanding of the financial aspects of home care and aptitude for negotiation with third-party payor sources.  The MCL's overall responsibility is to negotiate service authorizations and fees with the payor sources’ designated case managers and to interpret/report the patient's needs and progress to that case manager.PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel
