Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Office of the EVP/ Physician in Chief/ Chief Scientific Officer based out of our Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington DE location. This role will be on site Monday-FridayThe Chief of Staff plays a critical role in supporting the Executive Vice-President and Enterprise Physician-in-Chief/Chief Scientific Officer of Nemours Children's Health, a large, multistate pediatric health system. The position involves a wide range of responsibilities and requires experienced leadership skills, an exemplary degree of emotional intelligence, agile strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the PIC/CSO's agenda, style, strengths, and opportunities for system alignment and growth.
