The Cincinnati VA Medical Center has 6 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) located in Bellevue, KY; Florence, KY; Lawrenceburg, IN; Hamilton, OH; Clermont County, OH, and Georgetown, OH. This Registered Nurse Care Manager position will be primarily based out of Bellevue, KY but in rare instance may have to Float to any of the other CBOC locations.
