PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPlans and manages financial operations including budget development, expense and revenue analysis, evaluation of research services and development activities.Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, and evaluating performance.Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external sources including other departments, research institutions, regulatory agencies, sponsors, fundingCollaborates with physician Principle Investigators, regional operation leaders, and with system functions including Integrated Health Technologies, finance, workforce management, marketing/ communications.Helps to oversee the partnership with our Integrated Research Organiz
